Join our team! Henry Hauling is looking for a Director of Operations.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist with all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and lead generators.
• Book moves and upsell additonal services. 
• Assist owner as needed for errands, small deliveries, and/or marketing events.
• Social Media: Facebook/Instagram, etc. content creation and publication.
• CRM: Managing all aspects of company CRM and following up on customer reviews, complaints, etc.
• Customer Relations: assisting customers and teams in the field as needed with dispute resolution, estimating and/or any other tasks as needed.
• Scheduling: scheduling jobs for crews and ensuring accountability.
• Staffing: assisting with staffing for crews, conducting interviews, managing employee handbooks, etc.
• Payroll: submitting weekly payroll to payroll processor, TIP distribution, benefits, etc.
• Reporting: creating/pulling reports as needed for the owner and submitting on weekly basis for review.
• General Office Duties: all general office duties as needed.
   

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of prior office manager and/or sales experience required with moving industry experience a plus
• 1-2 years of prior customer service experience
• Bachelors and/or Associates Degree or higher
• CRM Management
• Facebook, Instagram, Canva, etc. proficient
• Creative Mindset 
• Team Player
• Proficient in Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
   

Compensation:

• $17/hr+ DOE
• 3-5% commission on all booked moves DOE
• .60/cents per mile RT for errands ran
• Monthly Cell Phone
• Optional benefits

Schedule:

YOU MUST LIVE IN BATON ROUGE, LA.
Fully Remote with errand travel (as of now) with live hours being Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM.  Every other weekend on call. 

Requirements:

• Laptop
• High speed internet
• Quite daily/weekend setting to answer calls and work efficiently
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license to run errands
• Clean background check
• Clean MVR for two years prior

Join our team! Henry Hauling is looking for a foreman to oversee a crew of 2-4 people.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Drive 26’ box truck
• Lead a crew with exceptional leadership skills
• Provide great customer service
• Load and wrap household goods
• Inspect trucks daily for road safety
• Prepare box trucks for jobs- making sure packing/loading materials are present, etc.
• Lift items heavier than 50 lbs (including using stairs as needed)
• Take payment from customers
• Misc. warehouse work as needed

Job Requirements:

• Class D Chauffeur License or higher
• DOT Medical Card
• Clear MVR (no more than 1 violation within a calendar year)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude
• Work safely while also working efficiently
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check

Leadership experience is also required for this position. Foremen start at $17.00-$20.00 per hour (depending on experience). BONUS PAY is possible with exceptional leadership and experience!

• Provide great customer service
• Prepare box trucks for jobs- making sure packing/loading materials are present, etc.
• Misc. warehouse work as needed

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude
• Work safely while also working efficiently
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
